Do you offer storage?

Accepted Answer

No. MoveRemoval focuses on house moves, office removals and clearance services. We do not offer storage, so we can concentrate on doing removals and clearances properly.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods and any processing fees are set out in our Terms and Conditions, and confirmed with your written quote.

What items can you not move?

Accepted Answer

We cannot transport hazardous or flammable materials, illegal items, perishable food, animals, or plants. Valuables such as cash, jewellery and important documents require prior written agreement. Full details are in Clause 5 of our Terms and Conditions.

Question 6

Do you dismantle and reassemble furniture?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when agreed in advance. Our team dismantles beds, wardrobes and flat-pack items at the collection address and reassembles them in the right room at your new property.

What happens if my completion is delayed on moving day?

Accepted Answer

Completion-day delays caused by solicitors or property chains are outside our control. Our team stays in touch with you throughout the day; waiting time from the agreed start time is chargeable as set out in Clause 8 of our Terms.

Do I need to arrange parking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Suitable, legal parking at both the collection and delivery addresses is the customer's responsibility, including any permits or bay suspensions. Let us know about narrow streets or height restrictions when you book.
